I had my spinal surgery on the 10th March (luckily just before many operations were cancelled due to the coronavirus) and was absolutely delighted with how well the operation went. Not only was I trying to walk and move only hours after my op, but the next day I was visited by Dr Francis who answered all of my questions and told me how the op had gone. My scar healed really quickly and I had no complications after the op at all. I am able to walk further and for longer and my mobility is greatly improved. Overall, I am writing this review as Dr Francis was honest, helpful, approachable and kind. I am extremely grateful for all that he has done and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you Dr Francis!

Dr Francis was really good at explaining the procedure in full and putting us completely at ease. The consultation was 10/10 and he is really caring, making us much less worried about the operation which will take place on Tuesday next week. We cannot recommend Dr Francis enough and hope that all goes very well with the operation - he seems like an extremely capable surgeon.

Mr Francis is clearly a very caring and capable surgeon with a great empathy for the patients he helps. He also goes to great lengths to ensure you know exactly what he intends to do and the possible outcomes.

Dr Francis is a shining example of his profession. Always patient focused, calm and calculated with the ability to exude confidence in his ability and judgement. He successfully carried out a very lengthy surgical procedure at Addenbrookes hospital on my spinal tumour, from which I have made a full and successful recovery.

Mr Francis put me at complete ease both at the pre surgery and the operation in which he did Multilevel Stenosis and now am amazed at the movement and walking ability after only 6 days.
